UV DTF is a technology which enables you to produce self adhesive decals for numerous substrates.Using a digital UV LED printer, an image is printed on a special film containing an adhesive top layer ("sheet A").After printing the (not mirrored) image (we advise to print a number of layers to obtain a good "body", the top layer preferably printed with a clear using a glossy finish) another film ("film B") is laminated on top of the "A sheet". The adhesive from the "A sheet" will adhere to the bottom of your printed image. The "B-film" will not stick to the adhesive. After cutting out your design, removing the "A film" results in an adhesive sticker with pressure sensitive glue. Press the decal firmly onto your object of choice and remover the "B-film".Laminating the two sheets is preferably done with a laminator (cold lamination) but can also be done by hand with a rubber roller.For this process to work you will need both UV DTF is a technology which enables you to produce self adhesive decals for numerous substrates.
